Do you work with businesses outside Toronto?
Yes. The Post Machine works for businesses anywhere in Canada. Post times follow your own time zone, so a business in Mississauga, Ottawa or Vancouver gets posts at local times.
Which social networks can The Post Machine post to?
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Starter covers two of them; Growth and Pro cover all three. TikTok, X and video are not supported yet: posts are images and carousels.
Will the posts sound like my business?
They are written from your own material: your website, past posts you share, and notes about your services. You can approve, edit, rewrite or reject every post before it goes out, and The Post Machine only states facts you have given it.
Do I have to approve every post?
No. Choose Autopilot and posts go out Monday to Friday with a weekly email showing what is coming, or choose Approve everything and nothing is published until you say so. Every plan includes both, and you can switch any time.
Is there a free trial, and can I cancel?
Yes. Every business gets a 7-day free trial on any plan. A card is needed to start, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time from Plan & billing.
Who controls my social media accounts?
You do. Posts are published to your own Facebook Page, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, which you connect and can disconnect at any time.
