›What’s the difference between Autopilot and Approve everything?
On Autopilot, posts go out Monday to Friday without you lifting a finger. You get an email each week listing what’s coming, and can unschedule any post. With Approve everything, nothing is published until you approve it, and you can edit, rewrite or reject each post first. Every plan includes both, and you can switch at any time.
›What are credits?
The posts in your plan are written and designed for you every week at no extra cost. Credits are only for extra changes you ask for: rewriting a post, a new graphic, or a picture made from your own description. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance, which resets on the 1st.
›What happens if I run out of credits?
Your scheduled posts carry on as normal. You just can’t ask for more changes until the 1st, unless you buy a top-up: 60 credits for $15, which never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
›How does the free trial work?
Every business gets 7 days free on any plan. You enter a card to start, you aren’t charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Plan & billing. The trial has the same limits as the plan you pick, and it’s one trial per business.
›Is there a yearly option?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free: the price of 10 months for 12. You choose monthly or yearly when you subscribe.
›Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Plan & billing in your settings. The new limits apply from your next week of posts.
›Which networks are supported?
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Starter covers two of them; Growth and Pro cover all three.
